Time left to apply: End Date: September 27, 2024 (4 days left to apply)Job Requisition ID: R21671Job DescriptionTo manage a sales team for specific regions to ensure maximum book growth.Support teams to drive an increase in average balance of specific portfolio of liabilities as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the Business.Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the Investment Sales Strategy.Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific Investment products, pricing, application procedures, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant Investment sales targets.Advise the teams that provide sales support efficiencies and services to ensure retention of clients by ensuring the timely renewal of all existing investment.Additional InformationStrong relationship/stakeholder experience in working with or managing different complex channels.Roll out, analyze and report on various initiatives and campaigns.Local campaign management tracking and enablement.Regionally develop and execute localized strategy.Tracking, analyzing, reporting and achievement of Channel targets across Commercial and Retail.Conceptualize and implement strategies aligned to Product House Sub Segments and Channels requirements.Strong knowledge and understanding of Cash Investments Products, Processes and Systems.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Qualification: Relevant degree.5 years related experience.Experience/Exposure to PoP/Commercial would be advantageous.Strong Communication, Excel and Power Point Skills.Job DetailsApplication Closing Date: 27/09/24All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group’s Employment Equity plan.
