Responsibilities:Supervising day-to-day operations of the Administrative department and staff membersCo-ordinate administrative processes and devise ways to streamline processesProvide support to new employees and allocate responsibilities and office spaceAssess staff performance to ensure maximum efficiencyEnsure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlinesMonitor inventory of office supplies Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, site visits, event planning etc.)Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goalsProvide monthly reports to the Managing Director on various projects rolled out and progress thereof Requirements:Proven experience as an Administration ManagerBachelors Degree in Business Administration or ManagementExceptional management skillsStrong problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skillsProficiency with computers, especially MS OfficeExcellent customer service and organisational skillsTeam playerAbility to meet deadlines
