From elegant dining experiences to casual gatherings, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable culinary moments for their discerning guests.DescriptionLead and manage the day-to-day operations of our client's food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest dining experience and drive revenue growth.Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.Collaborate with the Executive Chef to curate enticing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest preferences.Maintain strict inventory control procedures and monitor food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and minimize waste.Oversee the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering functions, ensuring flawless execution and exceeding guest expectations.Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene in compliance with local health regulations and company policies.Foster positive relationships with guests, soliciting feedback and responding to inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and guest feedback to continuously elevate our client's food and beverage offerings.Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining and banqueting establishment.Strong leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for providing unparalleled guest service.Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.Proficiency in Micros Materials Control or similar inventory management software is essential.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the role.A creative flair for culinary innovation, combined with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
