Working with colleagues and clients, you will be accountable for interpreting the client brief and developing designs at all stages from scheme through to detail, construction monitoring, commissioning and close out. Investigate solutions, exploring options, working closely with external collaborators, and leading a team to develop and convey design solutions.   Managing and supervising colleagues in the production and refinement of designs to ensure that we produce the highest quality product for our clients. You will be accountable to managing and monitoring resources to deliver the agreed commercial performance of your projects. During the construction and close-out stages of your projects you will manage contract administration (including financial management), site monitoring, commissioning, and close-out of project.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Professionally Registered with ECSA.Knowledge and experience within building services consultancy.Experience of Revit, ETAP, Trimble ProDesign (Amtech).Carbon Modelling software or ability to learn this/guide others in this.Healthcare or Data Centre projects knowledge.#J-18808-Ljbffr
