Our client is recruiting a qualified skin care therapist with sales rep experience and an excellent sales track record who is driven, organised, and dynamic for this exciting and challenging role of Brand Consultant within their sales team. This person is required to accomplish sales and business objectives through developing strong relationships with clients; growing allocated geographical areas by way of prospecting and growing new doors, while successfully managing current doors to reach their full potential within the professional channel.Responsibilities:Accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through the successful management of accounts within the allocated territory.Assisting in the success of your own clients business through our client by building strong relationships with your clients; adding value; promoting the deals; innovation as well as marketing, business and excellent education support and tools.Identify, analyse, implement, and monitor bespoke business plans to support and achieve full potential of the doors within your portfolio.Active involvement in the planning, management and execution of any clients events and promotions.Ensure consistent, regular contact with all accounts.Prospecting and securing new businessSales reporting and forecastingKey Skills:Sound business acumen and an ability to translate the brand objectives within accounts to drive sales growthHave initiative and follow throughStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent relationship and networking skillsGood organisational skillsPractice professionalism in all dealingsBe Self-motivated and have a drive to succeedLove the hustleProficient in Microsoft Office including ExcelQualifications:Qualified Skin Therapist and experience in the skincare industryMinimum 2 years sales rep experienceExcellent track record in salesMust have own transport and drivers license as youll spend a great deal of your time visiting your clientsBe willing to travel - locally as well as outlying tripsTertiary qualification in Sales and/or Business is an advantageQualification or experience in the wellness industry or aesthetic environment is an advantage
