About the Role: In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning and execution for the Water and Wastewater industry. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing local industry plans and strategic actions based on global strategies. Collaborating with sales, projects, and service teams to create and implement a 3-5 year business plan. Leading and managing the Local Industry Group, providing direction and technical guidance to the sales force. Overseeing product launches and phase-outs, specifically focusing on Level and Pressure portfolios. Driving customer development, promoting industry value propositions, and conducting training sessions for sales teams and customers. Gathering and analyzing local market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities. Conducting regular strategic customer visits and organizing customer/industry events. National Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation, Electronic or Chemical Engineering. In-depth knowledge of Measurement Principles, SAP, and BAP. At least 10 years of experience in sales/service in plant processes. At least 8 years of experience in the Water and Wastewater Industry. Valid driver's license and passport.
