NHS Highland is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to work in the ITR (Investigation and Treatment Room) within the RNI Community Hospital. This is a band 3 post 37hours a week worked over 5 days. The preferred candidate must have good general education, extensive administration experience preferably within a health care setting, Track Care experience would be preferable but not essential. As part of a small team, ensuring the smooth running of the Inverness ITR office and assisting the Team Leader with efficient and effective service delivery. Allocating appointments on Trackcare in response to Formstream referrals from all other departments. Provide receptionist and telephonist duties for the Inverness ITR office ensuring that all callers and visitors are treated courteously and any issues or problems they raise are resolved satisfactorily. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
