Your role and responsibilities Customer support (Commercial&Technical), Sales team support (Commercial&Technical), Bid evaluation (commercial and technical) and proposal preparation Market analysis (Pricing&support in strategy to win) Source pricing from correct suppliers (local and global) Source technical support where needed from feeder factories Evaluating supplier bids, final bid preparation, eventually have sound technical knowledge to be able to support customers Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/sales engineers with regard to ABB secondary switchgear products/systems/ applications Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs and proposing technical solutions for secondary switchgear enquiries Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on Secondary Switchgear products Training offers product/solution/servicerelated training Qualifications for the role Diploma in Electrical Engineering Electrical networking&distribution networking background. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field Dealing with customers&suppliers. Microsoft package experience Preference will be given to EE candidates.
