Vacancy available for a Product Genius Customer consultant with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.Duties: Arrange the drivers for pickups from customer destination to dealer, Prepare the cars for delivery/collection and ensure car ready for delivery, Test drive and demo car with the client to show the client the features and demonstrate the car is free from any mechanical defects, Weekly aftersales meeting with Dealer principal to ensure all comebacks and licence and registration matters have been attended to, Vehicle Showroom and Facilities SupervisionRequirements:At least 5 years of experience in a customer interfacing role.Experience working in a vehicle dealership and with brands like Renault, Suzuki, BMW etc.Experience as Product Genius / customer experience consultant.Able to work under Pressure, Excellent administrative abilities and customer interaction.Grade 12 / Tertiary education.
