Clinical Application Specialist/Trainer(Permanent) - GautengPOSITION: PermanentCOMMENCEMENT: ASAPPurpose Of PositionProvide expert clinical knowledge and training of Medical Devices to a range of healthcare professionals in hospitals.Minimum RequirementsQualification in NursingAnaesthetic / ICU trainedRegistration with SANC is a pre-requisiteMinimum 3 years' experience in ICU or AnaestheticComputer literacy (Excel & PowerPoint)Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.Code 08 driver's license & willing to travelKey Performance AreasDesign, deliver, and evaluate training programs for staff across various hospital locations.Train all staff at relevant hospitals to ensure competency in using all Medical Devices of the company.Identify and address situations within the hospital that may impact the use of dedicated disposables and implement training programs to improve their consumption.Develop and strengthen customer relationships.Assist with new installations.Support new product training and launches.Assist with trials and demonstrations of Medical Devices.Submit monthly reports.Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and complete daily call reports.Manage allocated promotional materials.Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers.Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers.Travel to designated areas.Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, logistics, and the technical service department.Develop and manage customer value plans for existing clients, highlighting their profiles, market share, and potential value opportunities.Manage the allocated expense budget.CompetenciesThe ability to recognize opportunities for new services and productsCustomer orientationAbility to meet deadlines & attention to detailGoal & result orientationProblem solvingAssertivenessStrategic Competency and OrientationSense of Market and future trendsLeadershipDelegating / DelegationPlanning & OrganizingPassion for successConflict ManagementNote: A Comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities will be disclosed to / discussed with short-listed candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
