The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and placing stock orders. This role involves following up with clients, liaising with sales consultants, and assisting with various reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and experience with SYSPRO. The ability to read plans and drawings and generate quotes from these documents is essential. Knowledge of tender documents and the ability to complete tenders is required. Experience with cross-border project work will be an advantage.Key Responsibilities:Perform all sales administration tasks, including quotes, sales orders, and stock orders.Follow up on sales leads and client inquiries.Liaise with sales consultants to ensure smooth communication and coordination.Assist in preparing and generating various sales reports.Read and interpret plans and drawings to create accurate quotes.Manage and complete tender documents and submissions.Handle projects related to cross-border work, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Maintain and update records in SYSPRO and Excel.Requirements:Proven experience in sales administration, preferably within the catering equipment industry.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with SYSPRO or similar ERP systems.Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.Knowledge of tender documents and experience in completing tenders.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Experience in handling cross-border projects is an advantage.Join us and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch catering equipment solutions to our clients.
