About the Team We are building one of the most innovative and exciting capabilities in the consulting industry. Taking the very best of our market leading approaches relating to business analysis, operating model design, change management, programme and project management, and transformation implementation; we have established a Government and Health Industries Enterprise Transformation (G&HI ET) practice within the UK to deliver human led, tech-powered success for our clients. We believe that taking an enterprise level approach to transformation has the power to unlock the biggest opportunities our clients have, to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure they deliver the outcomes required for the people and places they serve. Qualifications/Certifications Relevant 3 year Degree/Diploma Industry recognised Project / Programme management qualification/certification eg. Prince2 Experience required 3-4 years experience within consulting, or within a change or transformation environment, including such capabilities as planning, scheduling and RAID management Experience of supporting delivery of transformation programmes, ideally in the Public sector Responsibilities of the role As a Senior Associate within our G&HI ET team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, to support delivery of projects that help our clients solve complex business issues and deliver enterprise wide transformation. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Help us to deliver our firmwide purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems. Support the design and delivery of iconic, technology-enabled transformation programmes for some of the largest public sector clients in the UK. Help to grow our multi-specialism Enterprise Transformation team, developing the tools and techniques that will help our clients transform their ways of working and secure better outcomes for the people and places they serve. Support a safe delivery of our projects, through programme management inc. risk and issue management, progress monitoring, implementation planning and stakeholder management Create visual and graphic outputs to translate our designs and recommendations into high quality client deliverables. Develop your own business, technical and global acumen – learn new skills, keep up to date with emerging local, national and global trends and help us bring the very best of our firm’s diverse and inclusive culture to our clients. Be an ambassador for the PwC brand and help us further develop our reputation in the UK and overseas. Desirable skills sets Understanding of transformation opportunities in the UK Government and Healthcare Industries sector and what the general factors are to be considered while conducting complex transformation programmes. Awareness of how such programmes need to leverage technology and an understanding of different approaches to enterprise transformation. Ability to articulate the business benefits of transformations and articulate the case for change Practical and output focussed approach and a desire to make a difference. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create client recommendations and outputs with concise, clear and coherent messaging Experience of working within large, complex programmes Experience in working with agile and scaled agile delivery approaches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
