FMCG Line Supervisor Qualification Matric Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience supervising a FMCG production line Overall supervision and responsibility of all employees on this production line Duties Ensuring that the required resources and material are available for production to run smoothly. Ensure that the quality of work meets the company standard and promotes the importance of quality. Ensure that maximum production levels are maintained through a clean manufacturing environment. Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed by the line staff. Oversee that changeovers are done effectively and in a timely manner. Ensure and sign off the machines, daily cleaning checklists WH03 per machine. Record and report the total downtime per shift to the Plant Manager.
