To ensure the team is managed effectively and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. To lead and manage a book of key client portfolios and optimally solve for client requirements and ensure optimal investment return for clients. To achieve nationally, the strategic objectives of client retention, new client acquisition and to contribute to enhanced MD revenue growth. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Accounting Relevant tertiary business qualification, CFA. Completion of FAIS regulatory exams. Experience Required A minimum of 10 years senior portfolio management experience within Investment Management A proven track record of effective leadership experience within a private clients business A proven track record of effectively growing an individual book of business A proven track record of effectively growing teams and their books of business A proven track record of growing a team across different locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
