Our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee and streamline their operational processes. This role will include managing third-party service providers, implementing SLA's and managing a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and in particular with; FDA regulations, GMP standards, data and metric analysis and the development of Training Programs. Knowledge of quality management systems such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacuring is required.
