IntroductionAn exciting opportunity for an IR Specialist has become available within our HR department.Join our team todayDuties & ResponsibilitiesKey activities include, not to limit to:Facilitate IR related admin Facilitate and or assist with investigations for disciplinary hearings Prepare and issue disciplinary charges Prepare for and initiate internal disciplinary hearings Guide operations on the appropriate disciplinary action to be taken Drafting of disciplinary warnings Facilitate CCMA related admin Facilitate Labour Court Matters Draft Applications to the CCMA Prepare month end IR reporting Facilitate the Department of Labour responses on compliance ordersDesired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 or equivalent Tertiary qualification in a related HR/IR degree/diploma Computer experience MS Office, Outlook Excel minimum Intermediate to advance level experience must be able to demonstrate same ACCPAC system experience will be advantageous A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience Experience with CCMA processes Experience with disciplinary life cycle Excellent language skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft packages Excellent organizational and administrative skills Excellent understanding of the LRA/BCEA/OHSA/COIDA Good policy drafting skills Excellent negotiation skills Excellent problem solving skill Good Analytical skills Good problem solving skills Attention to detail Good interpersonal skillsBehavioral Dimensions Selfmotivated Structured Work under pressureJob Type: Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
