Inherent requirements: • Matric • Relevant experience in the Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) and Wellness industry • Minimum of 3 years Sales Experience • Minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience in Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), specifically in the corporate section • Knowledge of EWP and Wellness Industry Services • Proven record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and closing skills • Strong understanding of the Sales and Customer Relationship Process • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Computer literate (Ms Office) • Proposal writing and tender processes abilities • A valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle (essential) Other requirements and skills: • Strong presentation skills • Strong negotiation skills • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task • Ability to create integration solutions to address clients’ challenges • Ability to build relationships • Customer responsiveness • Organisational awareness Duties and responsibilities: • Generate and identify business leads within new and existing customers • Develop an excellent understanding and in-depth knowledge of Workforce Healthcare (WFHC) existing client base, service offerings and new products • Establish a good understanding of WFHC existing business to identify cross selling opportunities • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams • Once opportunities are identified, create solutions to meet customer needs, utilising the skills and expertise of our subject matter experts • Prepare proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs • Sell the value of the solution to the client at an Executive level • Managing and retaining long term relationships with customers • Understanding industry needs and being able to advise Departmental Heads on possible product development • Reviewing and negotiating sales contracts • Attend regular meetings, provided feedback and communicate with Client contact person(s) • Assist clients with queries and health related projects / objectives • Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring an integrated team approach with the client at all levels • Researching the market and industry trend • Understanding industry competitors to ensure we are on par with competitors and solutions • Stay up to date with Occupational Health and Employee Wellness Programmes, industry trends, business news and business opportunities • Participate in the development of short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies • Use appropriate tools to produce revenue reports and other required reports • Provide activity and outcome reports as required to both divisions Character Traits • Resilient • Drive and energy • Excellence orientation • Ethical behaviour #J-18808-Ljbffr
