OPERATIONS Manageall aspects of day-to-day operations. Ensurethat daily operations are carried out efficiently and economically withinagreed policies and procedures. Developand implement Spa policies and procedures. Ensurethat business units are always effectively staffed and fully functional. Ensurethey are always clean, tidy, and ready to receive guests. Ensurethat the health and safety policies, procedural standards, and regulations arealways adhered to for the safety of all facilities and clients. Alwaysensure effective stock control for an efficient operation of all facilities.
