The Citrix Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Citrix infrastructure within our organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Citrix technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and related technologies.Manage Citrix environments, including provisioning, monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other systems and applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix infrastructure, including user access, performance, and connectivity problems.Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Citrix and virtualization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Citrix engineering and administration.In-depth knowledge of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and related technologies.Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and configuration management.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
