The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an understanding of the full sales cycle, and excellent customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform the full cycle sales process, from initial contact to closing. Answer customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service. Act as an internal liaison for Africa KAMs to HQ demand planner for Africa Export requirements. Input demand into the Company CRM system. Ensure order and invoice accuracy to maintain customer satisfaction. Manage order delivery timelines to ensure timely delivery of products. Manage Sales price list for African countries to ensure competitive pricing. Update sales figures weekly and report to the Leader for Africa Exports. Compile sales reports, monitor sales efforts of all KAMs in Africa, and provide weekly updates to the Leader of African exports. Become an expert on company products and service offerings to better serve customers. Invoice customers and process payments to ensure smooth financial transactions. Update databases and customer records to maintain accurate customer information. Schedule meetings and arrange travel dates for the Leader of Africa Exports. Book flights and accommodation for the Leader of Africa Exports. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong knowledge of the sales process and principles. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management. 3+ years experience in exports. good understanding of logistics when dealing across Africa.
