Requirements:- A degree/diploma in Financial or Management Accounting.- Proficient with ERP system, preferably SAGE.- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.- Excellent time management and deadline-driven skills.- Proficiency in planning and organizing.- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.- Good team player with people management skills.- Willing to work overtime if required. Responsibilities:- Processing and managing journals.- Handling Statutory payments.- Management of petty cash transactions.- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and processing monthly depreciation.- Financial Reconciliation and management of the cash book.- Managing Credit Card and Nedfleet accounts.- Vetting and submitting credit applications.- Managing debtors and monthly End Reporting.
