The role supports the provision of assurance to the Audit Committee and Board, Group Executives and functional management concerning the identification, assessment and ownership of business risks. We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities:·Promote the vision and mission of Group Internal Audit to ensure departmental success.·Establish and manage the agile Audit Plan, ensuring it aligns with the company's risk profiles.·Define, develop, and manage Internal Audit methodology in alignment with GIA standards.·Conduct analytical assessments of key risks and controls, utilising tools such as Python for automated analytics and Gen IA tools for enhancing internal audit efficiency and effectiveness.· Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:· Audit Leadership: Lead and conduct audits from planning to reporting and follow-up actions, both individually and in teams, using Python for automated analytics.· Global Audit Expertise: Experience in internal audits for a global organization, both onsite and remotely, with strong knowledge of risk management and internal controls.· Test Program Development: Develop customized test programs for specific audit areas, with strong report writing skills.· IT and Analytical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), and analytical tools like Python, PowerBI, Tableau, and Power Pivot.
