Role Purpose/Business Unit: To ensure that all contracted KPIs are adhered to within Customer Acquisition Division. To supervise the staff within Customer Acquisition Division to ensure that targets are achieved. Your responsibilities will include: Quality&Processing Times Adherence Pro-actively work to improve existing systems and processes To maintain relationships with customers To supervise the team in order to ensure that targets are met.
