What you will be doing:

Sales and Merchandising: Execute sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure our products are displayed prominently and attractively in retail outlets.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships

with retailers and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

Reporting: Prepare clear and concise sales and inventory reports using MS Office tools. Provide regular feedback and reports to management.

Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and sales.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

What we are looking for:

3 – 6 years of relevant experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Minimum qualification in related field.

Proven leadership and teamwork experience.

Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices for creating attractive and impactful product displays.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with retail store personnel and customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.

Adaptability and willingness to learn about the cashew industry and new products.

Additional Preferences:

Experience in a food processing company.

Strong understanding of the FMCG industry dynamics.
