Job Description: To manage local trade supplier accounts, administer payments and analyse supplier accounts. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Follow-up all queries Perform monthly supplier analysis Forward supporting documentation to supplier as per the remittance advice Administer and resolving of supplier queries Resolve quantity and cost price disputes timeously Ensure that all documents are kept in line with WW policy and Legal requirements and properly filed and/or timeously sent for archiving Deliver high performance consistently Identify and communicate any bottlenecks and late documentation. Perform age analysis by supplier and drive clearing thereof Manage the CA incident logged and adhere to the SLA agreement Identify supplier not due for payment and any adjustments Maintain a good relationship with customers and the rest of the team Record balances and ageing as per supplier statements Ensure that master data for new and amended supplier accounts are accurate Matching and authorizing off all relevant invoices in Reim (Grn’s/Po’s) Escalate issues and communicate to the Accountant/Manager any non-adherence to procedures and controls Job Requirements: Computer literacy – Oracle, RMS, Excel Diploma in Accounting (6month/intermediate stage) or equivalent Minimum of 5 years reconciliation experience Elementary Accounting Ability/ Reconciliation/ Accounting experience and ability High problem solving ability Job Details: Company: Woolworths Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Cape Town Application Deadline: N/A [ads2] Apply Here instantcareers.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
