Your expertise will guide the implementation of SWIFT and SAMOS RTGS solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, managing projects, and contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment.Responsibilities:Technical Expertise: Lead the design and implementation of software solutions with a focus on high-value payments. Enhance the quality of software design through your knowledge of best practices.Solution Architecture: Design and review architectural solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the development of architectural skills within the team.High-Value Payments: Guide projects related to high-value payment systems, leveraging your SME knowledge of SWIFT and SAMOS RTGS.Liquidity Management: Provide expertise in managing liquidity within banking environments, particularly for high-value payments.Software Delivery: Collaborate with project management, product teams, and professional services to ensure projects are well-defined, scoped, and delivered on time. Prioritise projects as a payments SME.Team Leadership: Set technical goals, milestones, and objectives. Support and empower team members to grow and succeed.
