Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Achieve agreed-upon sales targets by prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities daily. Conduct cold calling and lead generation to position NEOC People’s recruitment services to potential clients. Use every opportunity to generate leads, such as asking reference contacts whether you can assist in filling newly vacant positions. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to promote recruitment services on a global scale. Accurately forecast and manage a sales pipeline using a CRM system. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Engage with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any feedback or concerns. Leverage existing client relationships to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach. Service Promotion and Sales Strategy Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote recruitment and executive placement services. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients to secure new business. Follow-Up and Customer Service Follow up on quotes, proposals, and other leads to ensure successful sales closures. Provide post-sale support to clients to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships. Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Use feedback from clients to improve future sales approaches and service offerings. Reporting and Data Management Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts in a CRM system. Track and report on performance metrics, such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and new business acquisition. Share insights and reports with the sales and recruitment teams to help improve processes and strategies. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in sales within the recruitment industry, specializing in selling recruitment, executive placement, or headhunting services to businesses. Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English. Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline using a CRM system. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams. Valid South African driver's license and own vehicle. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Conversational proficiency in Afrikaans is a plus. Additional Requirements Willingness to work in a commission-based compensation structure with a low or non-guaranteed basic salary. Adaptability and a positive attitude towards working in a challenging and rewarding environment. Strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to establish long-lasting relationships. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend business development events.
