We are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative based out of our Centurion office - South Africa, who will be responsible for strengthening our current distribution channel in their designated region and for ensuring that the Sales Entity is able to meet its growth targets through excellent communications and sales skills. English language is essential and the incumbent will have the possibility to work from home 2 days per week. Duties and Responsibilities As key contact initiate, develop and build professional relationship withchannel partnersandnew salesopportunitiesin the area ofresponsibility. Promote all products,servicesand systems by organizing and executing distributor/customer activities, such as presentations,seminarsand training sessionsremotely. Build sustainable relationships and trust withchannel partnersthrough regular communications to support sales growth and brand loyalty. Seekto better understand every customer’s business needs, requirements&expectations to provide the best possible solution. Proactive control of Company generated leads, includingfollow-upand liaising with the external sales force and customers. Makes outbound calls to potential and existingChannel partnerstotransferqualify leads, discuss product, sharemanage promotionandhelp push tosell Enerpac products. Providetimelypricing/quoting to customers to include quote follow up activities with customer and/or Account Managers to include proper documentation of quotes. Keepaccurateand detailed records of customer data, communications, opportunities, and call reportsutilizingSalesforce.com. Liaise between Application Engineer/Specialist to solve applications/needs using standard and/or custom designedproducts. Present proper prepared orders to Customer Service for processing. Report to the Commercial Manager on all commercial activities within the territory, complaints, trends, competitiveactionsand any recommendations to improve sales results andproductivity. Liaise with the accounts department and customer serviceregardingcustomer creditissues. Receive&respond to customer complaints&to follow the customer complaintprocedure. ## Who are we looking for : A minimum of 5 years of sales experience and well-developed presentation, good commercial negotiation skills are needed Post-secondary education Technical affinity and understanding of industrial markets and hydraulic products Languages: English - essential fluent oral&written, French language would be a plus Incoterms knowledge Knowledge of international working environment The ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
