Location: Centurion, South Africa Experience: Senior Level (+10 years experience) Job Description: Manage staff and costs of the electrical team. Supervise, train and develop staff members as necessary. Develop complex engineering solutions and associated deliverables. Manage larger projects. Maintain and improve engineering standards. Verify detailed design calculations. Assist junior staff in obtaining their professional registration. Provide accurate and realistic task or deliverable estimations. Oversee project production efforts to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Liaise with customers, engineers or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects Assist with quality assurance and control of electrical deliverables, equipment and installations. Comply with ITP and QCP documentation for internal and external use. Assist in sales efforts from a technical perspective. Provide inputs for the preparation of tenders.
