Job Description:The HR Business Partner has responsibility for coordinating, executing and supporting the people strategy within the country. The role facilitates and ensures the implementation of Human Resource initiatives, effective participation in Union consultation & negotiations, manages all other HR responsibilities and provides coaching and guidance to managers.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Manage Employee and Labour Relations issues ensuring we comply with South Africa Labour Regulations. Provide strategic and tactical direction required to successfully execute union/ labour issuesBe a strategic partner for your assigned business leaders and employees; developing strong working relationships to align the people strategy with business goals.Quickly respond to requests for help from employees, managers or leaders, coaching where possible such that repeat requests are avoidedWork with the wider HR team to identify and drive forward continuous improvement activities and align in-country HR activities to the company’s HR Structure.
