Requirements:Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Social Science, Public Relations, Communications or similar.3-5 years of experience in managing consumer financial education programmes.Financial services industry experience with a demonstrable understanding of financial products.Familiarity with applicable legislation, governance, and compliance. Duties & Responsibilities:Represent all CFE Programmes in the media and on various platforms that may be required, including compiling thought leadership articles and being interviewed on podcasts, television, and radio.Develop marketing campaigns with Brand, Marketing and Social Media teams in the company regarding all financial literacy programmes. Maintaining strong relationships with support teams, including events, brand and marketing teams.Collaboration with business units in line with strategic objectives for CSI and CFE.Contribute to and oversee the development of new CFE Programmes and enhance current CFE Programmes that meet the standards as set out in the GN500.Collaborate with ASISA and the FSCA to apply the knowledge gained and expand financial inclusion and literacy in South Africa.Noting the strategy formed by National Treasury to implement CFE Programmes that meet the National Consumer Financial Education strategy.Formulate and revise CFE strategy in collaboration with business for presentation to the board.Use the Living Standards Measurement (LSM) as set out in the National Consumer Financial Education strategy, as well as target provinces and demographics, to contribute to the alleviation of the debt cycle in our economy.Network with external and internal parties that will assist in the successful development and implementation of CFE Programmes of the highest standard.Find opportunities proactively to enhance the financial literacy of individuals in our economy that will lead to knowledge transfer and eventual behavioral change - This entails using pedagogical methodologies and blended learning, both digital and face-to-face.Inclusion of the Socio-Economic Development and Staff Volunteer programmes in CFE initiatives or sessions with various stakeholders.Noting the recommendations as proposed by independent Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) partners during and after the facilitation of our clients CFE Programmes, specifically for the enhancement and improved impact of our clients programmes.Working with the M&E specialist within our clients organisation to ensure that they comply legislatively.Reporting on CFE Programmes to our clients Board who funds their CFE Programmes on a regular basis.Reporting and implementation of CFE Programmes to the board to gain the required impact.Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, overseeing the organising of stakeholder sessions and meetings with all role players in the CFE Programme prior to and during the implementation of the CFE Programmes.Project manage with implementers, working closely together to ensure the success of programmes.Drafting of legal documentation, SLAs, MoUs, MoAs, Master Agreements and liaise with the legal team and stakeholders for signature.Submission of proposals to the board for approval prior to programme development and implementation.Tracking of collateral and ordering and distribution of marketing material from time to time.Activations and campaigns, site visits and travel domestically from time to time.Keeping accurate records in chronological order of documentation and invoices for audit purposes.Work closely with the M&E specialist on reporting tools for CFE on a regular basis.Taking learnings from the OECD conferences on financial resilience, financial inclusion, consumer protection to apply towards our clients CFE strategy and programme design.Working with academic institutions to collaborate on the enhancement of financial literacy, financial inclusion and financial capability in our clients communities.Finding new partners to collaborate with to gain maximum exposure for CFE, MMF and our client.Network with individuals on a regular basis to ensure the portfolio has fresh content and is appealing to various target audiences.Offer direction to CSI administrative assistant in ways to assist in the portfolio.Display a values-based approach to portfolio and relationships with external and internal stakeholders, the general public, basic and higher institutions of learning.Select partners who are collaborators, who display similar values, work ethic and who have a drive to improve financial education locally and globally and improve society in general.Manage and control the budget for the CFE Portfolio, in line with strategy and plan.Drawing up a proposed operational budget for the financial year for approval by Group CSI Manager.
