Responsibilities Program Manager will direct the delivery of programs through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific / key projects to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements. Provide and enforce effective methodologies for the overall management, coordination and direction of teams to deliver projects according to agreed project scope, budget and timelines. This includes enforcement of and adherence to the PMO governance, principles, standards and processes. Certification Prince 2 or PMBOK. Agile will be advantageous. Key Attributes Excellent strategic and tactical planning capabilities - proven experience in program management and project management Superb communication and interpersonal skills - to keep all players co-ordinated on project delivery and achieving business benefits Financial acumen - to support business case development and budget control Strong ability to manage multiple projects - be able to prioritise and engage key stakeholders across projects during tight delivery timeframes Experience 10+ years of program and project management experience delivering across. Experience in implementing Procure-2-Pay and/or Accounts Payable solutions will be advantageous.
