Responsibilities:Provide technical support to customers and handle support queries related to the company’s products and solutions, particularly within the property industry.Provide beginning to end resolution to all reported issues.Maintain a positive outlook on life, work, and interactions with others.Pay attention to detail and exhibit a passion for problem-solving.Accurately estimate work required, prioritize tasks, and deliver to deadlines.Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.Think creatively and offer innovative solutions outside conventional approaches.Collaborate effectively within a team environment as well as work independently. Requirements:More than 2 years’ call centre and/or customer management experience (Solution training will be provided)Any IT or Communication qualification
