The position will entail the implementation of the Group Business Strategy and Group Technology Mandate through innovation and oversight of state-of-the-art technological blueprints, tools and standards. The role will encompass and require sound vision and leadership in developing, implementing and management of the digital transformation strategy, detailing how the technology, architecture, operations and human capital will be deployed to support business unit objectives. The position will be ideal for candidates who have solid ICT and digital transformation management experience (10 to 15 years). In addition, solid leadership and management (at least 5 years) experience in the ICT environment is also required. Functional areas include: Strategy Development and Implementation Digital Transformation Technology and Architecture Operational Management Risk, Regulatory, Prudential and Compliance People Management and Leadership Requisite Qualifications, Experience and Know-How.
