DutiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationRecommend best practiceManage changes in the project scope, schedule and costsReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsIssues and problem management which may ariseReviews client's specifications for adherence to capabilities and with guidance. Provides construction alternatives when necessary.Conducts conference calls with clients and attend client facing meetings with Sales/ClientCreates project scopes for complex individual projectsConducts regular meetings with vendors when neededContinually monitors and if needed suggests improvements to operational workflows to interface with vendorsWork with the Project team to adhere to project controls and processesFacilitate the definition of the project scope and the subsequent controlReview, and be responsible for, the overall work effort and deliverables of the project teamManage the project budget to ensure accurate tracking and forecastApplications for Payment to the Owner are properly submitted, payment is promptly receivedManagement is informed as to the progress of the project, its financial status and current Owner relationsTo see that all drawings and specifications are examined, prior to beginning construction, for design deficiencies, impractical detail, and through a meeting with the design team, bring them to a resolutionTo see that the prescribed quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the life of the projectAdministrationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performanceCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationOrganise meetings, create agenda, take minutesCreating PowerPoint presentationsPerform administrative duties when necessaryCost collation for invoicingKeeping an update on compliance regulationsCreates and updates project scope for complex individual projectsSets out timelines/schedules & present to the clientStatus sheets - keep all schedules updated with actual dates for tasks completedRelationship as required. Provides minutes of call/ meeting as a follow-upDevelops & maintains necessary records & files for efficient operationReview and manage all project issues, changes and risks through formally, defined processesRequirements pertinent to insurance, HSE, labour relations and employment regulations are metReporting and forecasting of cost through a cost value reconciliation format is achieved on an accurate and timely basisEnsure that additional project costs are submitted and accounted for in a timely mannerTo have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the General Contract and the SubcontractsTo ensure that requisitions for subcontracts and purchase orders are prepared and submitted on a timely basisTECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIESPERSONAL COMPETENCIES- BSC degree in Electrical Engineering- Problems Solving- Photovoltaic/ Renewable Energy Engineering- Excellent organisation skills- Background in construction management, management/financial accounting and analysis#J-18808-Ljbffr
