Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. · Lead and manage the Key Accounts Managers, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets. · Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities. · Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas of growth. · Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders. Job Requirements: · Degree in business, sales, or related field. · 10-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the peanut or food manufacturing industry. · At least 5 years in a leadership role. · General business acumen with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. · Good interpersonal skills.
