As a leading service provider, we proactively seek out the expressed and unexpressed optimised process efficiency needs of any industry and provide solutions that offer visibility, collaboration, control, and efficiency.About the Job:TrenStar has an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and Central Key Accounts Manager to provide administrative and analytical support to our Nationwide Key Accounts Team. Purpose of the Job:To act as centralised liaison with clients and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in respect of all client accounts.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAcquire a thorough understanding of Client administrative needs and requirements.Fully *** in all the KAM administrative functions and performs such to requirements.Serve as the link of communication between KAMs and internal teams.Resolve client account queries and provide the KAMs with the required inputs, reports, analysis and resolve required to attend to the issue/s.Prepare regular and ad hoc reports of progress and forecasts to KAMs.Monitor centrally all client base account statuses and schedule client stock takes for KAMs.Support client stock take feedback by KAM to clients with updated client stock take reports.Follow-up on client stock take presentation and feedback from KAMs and report to management.Liaise with Control Tower Department for analytics support or finance department for Invoicing support.Drive the central roll-out of new client initiatives, training and improvement projects via the KAMs and report progress to management.Monitor new client service roll-out / implementations and escalate non-adherence by client to KAMsDrive the constant update and maintenance of customer contact detail via KAMs.Monitor the service adherence to agreed client SLA's.Monitor and report on client account performance.Monitor all rental equipment on client profiles.Follow-up and drive with KAM’s action items on client visit registers for conclusion and feedback to clientsDesired Experience & Qualification Qualifications and Minimum Experience:Matric / Grade 12Minimum of 3 years overall key account management in a similar role dealing with multiple clients across multiple industries.Proven experience in an administrative function requiring analysis and reporting.Administrative orientation with a high level of attention to detailStrong analytical skillsIntermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsReport writing skillsProficiency in written and spoken EnglishExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve problemsThe ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesWorking on multiple projects at one time HR Services, Recruitment & Selection These jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
