We are looking for a Commercial Leads Manager to join our team at Head Office. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Management: Receive, research, draft, and send offers on leads to clients. Perform call-back requests from potential buyers promptly and efficiently. Client Communication: Engage in discussions with buyers regarding commercial products, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs. Provide clients with detailed information about our offerings and negotiate terms to meet their requirements. Product Knowledge and Research: Continuously build and update knowledge on automotive leisure products. Stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings. Buying Targets: Work towards achieving set Buying targets, contributing to the overall success of the commercial team. Key Competencies and Skills: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and listening skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Product Expertise: Extensive knowledge of automotive leisure products, including special documents required for purchase. Ability to accurately appraise commercial products and negotiate pricing effectively. Market Understanding: Understanding of market trends in the automotive leisure industry. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as a valuable team player, contributing to team goals and fostering a positive work environment. Stress Management: High-stress tolerance with the capacity to remain professional and focused in demanding situations. Experience and Background: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in automotive commercial product sales. A mechanical background is preferred. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the industry and company policies. Other Requirements: Age between 25-40.
