Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the calendars of the company directors, scheduling meetings, appointments, and other engagements. Task Coordination: Assist with managing tasks and errands for the directors, including both personal and business-related activities. Driving and Transportation: Drive directors to meetings, events, and other locations as needed. Maintain a valid driver's licence and follow all road safety rules. Professional Presentation: Present a professional image through appropriate business attire, as this role often involves customer and supplier interactions. Presentation Setup: Assist with setting up for presentations, including setting up laptops, projectors, and other equipment. Internal Liaison: Coordinate with all divisions and group companies, ensuring effective communication and cooperation across the organization. Errand Running: Handle shopping and errands for the office, including purchasing supplies like sugar, tea, coffee, and other necessities. Office Management: Arrange for cleaners, contractors, and other service providers to ensure the office is well-maintained. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an eye for detail in all tasks, from office management to setting up for presentations. Proofreading and Documentation: Assist with proofreading documents, emails, and communications to ensure correct spelling and grammar. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events. Residence Requirement: The ideal candidate should reside in the Centurion or Midstream area in South Africa, and have their own vehicle. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or a similar role. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Advanced driving courses are beneficial. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and good spelling and grammar. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to maintain a business-appropriate dress code and professional demeanor. Comfortable handling both personal and business-related tasks. Proximity to Centurion or Midstream areas is required.
