The purpose on this role is to undertake and ensure accuracy in the estimation of orebody grade and resources tonnages using statistical and geostatistical methods. Participate in due diligence reviews Duties&Responsibilities Duties: Resource Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive mineral resource assessments and provide strategic recommendations for optimal extraction Operational Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance mining operations and resource utilization efficiency Project Planning: Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of mineral resource projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with resource extraction, ensuring safe and sustainable practices Collaboration: Work closely with Geologists, Mining Engineers and other stakeholders to maximize the value of mineral resources Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on mineral resource estimates, contributing to informed decision making Position based in Centurion, will manage operations in Limpopo and North West.
