These jobs were popular with other job seekersWe are recruiting for a Dispensing Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team.The Dispensing Warehouse Manager candidate will have a pharmaceutical/FMCG background, experience in running of a dispensing warehouse, batch control, inventory management, and knowledge of SAP scanning solutions are particularly sought after. The ideal candidate should be well-*** in knowledge of chemicals, quality management, have managerial skills, and understand the complexities of correct dispensing processes. Additionally, experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry and familiarity with ISO systems would be advantageousDuties & ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:Dispensing of chemicals to FMCG factoriesWarehouse Management and Inventory Management (Stock Control)Implementing and ensuring the success of a Chemical Batch scanning system on SAPManaging receiving, put-away, picking, and supplying chemicals to factories Managing inventory, accuracy, batch control, and stock conditionMaintaining ISO certifications and cGMP standardsEnforcing good warehouse practices, including training and SOP adherenceManaging team members – motivating, training, mentoring and disciplineManaging equipment and vehiclesControl of expenses within budgetEnsuring adherence to HSE & cGMP protocolsDesired Experience & QualificationQualification:Grade12 / MatricSupply Chain ManagementQuality ManagementExperience:Dispensing of chemicalsPharmaceutical experience and best practicePeople and process managementUnderstanding of Supply chain processes Must know how to add value to the supply chain.5+ years’ of management experienceSkills:Results and target-driven with independent work abilityInterpersonal communication, planning and executionManagerial, tutorship, and coachingAttention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressureStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsMust have strong leadership skills, problem problem-solving skills, must be able to multi-taskSound understanding and application of: - Financial management principles - Customer service excellence - Knowledge of labour legislation and IR practicesAbility to work cross-functionally Knowledge:SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)Risk and change management.Project ImplementationProficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controlsISO systemsKnowledge of stock, cost, risk, and compliance management proceduresInventory and inventory controlsStock, cost, risk, and compliance managementKnowledge of Chemicals, Fragrances, and raw materialsPackage & RemunerationMarket Related.
