We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining store records, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with store staff to ensure smooth operation. The Store Administrator will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and expenses Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Perform routine store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing shelves Assist with the implementation of store promotions and marketing initiatives Minimum Requirements: Matric or Equivalent Previous experience in a retail environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to multitask Familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous Behavioural Requirements: Honesty in dealing with cash and finances.
