Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesCollaborate with internal teamsCollaborate with company marketing reps in South Africa, UK and IndiaEvaluate emerging technologiesProvide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateContribute to areas like graphic design and content writing to help enhance the companys brand and overall imageRequirements and skillsQualification in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateWell-organized and detail-orientedExceptional communication and writing skillsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
