Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the financial operations of the schoolDevelop and maintain financial models and forecastsPrepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsManage budgeting processes and financial planningConduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendationsMonitor and control cash flow and expendituresCollaborate with other departments to support financial decision-makingSupervise and mentor finance department staffImplement and manage financial software and toolsProvide support for audits and other financial reviewsKey RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience: Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSkills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reportingProficiency in financial software and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to communicate complex financial information effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamLanguage: A good command of the English language (German language desired)Other: Critical thinking, teamwork, data analysis, financial acumen, and a willingness to work in and support a school environment are key requirements for the function.How to Apply
