ENVIRONMENT: UPDATE technical user guides, the company Wiki (WordPress) while proofreading various documentation and technical material as your expertise as a Technical Content Writer is wanted by a fast-paced Specialist in End-to-end IT Management and Consultative IT Services. You will also be expected to update the Skills Facilitator with regards to product documentation in order for them to create and maintain internal training material. Applicants will require 2 years work experience in a similar role including Copywriting and Proofreading. You need to competent in information retrieval, analysis and collation have exceptional grammar and spelling and exposure to WordPress. DUTIES: Update the Wiki (WordPress). Update product documentation, release notes and user manuals. Update FAQ’s and troubleshooting guides. Update technical user guides. Work with subject matter experts to obtain accurate information. Proofread various documentation and technical material. Collaborate with Development, Training and Solution teams. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Experience in Copywriting and Proofreading. Exceptional knowledge of correct grammar and spelling. Proficient in English verbal and written communication skills. High degree of computer literacy. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Competent in information retrieval, analysis, and collation. WordPress exposure. Advantageous – Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure. Basic HTML knowledge. Grav exposure would be beneficial. ATTRIBUTES: Ability to multitask. Meticulous attention to detail. Entrepreneurial initiative (Self-starter). High degree of professionalism.
