Business Segment: Insurance & Asset Management Location: ZA, WC, Cape Town, Protea Road Ensuring a holistic client service and relationship maintenance to Stockbroking clients and Portfolio Managers. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business, including post trade settlements and client administration, local and offshore. Prioritise and improve operational efficiency and client experience within the local context to achieve strategic priorities. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business CommerceStockbroking, JSE Exams3-4 years experience supporting Business, with the ability to demonstrate experience in managing a broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics.3-4 years experience supporting Business, with the ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure; can apply periodisation and negotiation to manage delivery and stakeholder expectationsInvestments or Stockbroking experience preferred Additional Information Adopting Practical ApproachesExamining InformationDocumenting FactsArticulating InformationInteracting with PeopleBusiness Metrics: Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organisation's goals.
