Business Performance Manager – Call Centre Division CAPE TOWN FULL TIME Reporting into the CEO of Strive Marketing Services (Pty) LTD , as the Business Performance Manager in our Call Centre division, you support the development of processes to improve the performance of our network of Call Centre clients to ensure superior sales and earnings for Strive. Support them in enhancing their performance on a daily basis. You design and implement management tools&KPIs to measure and optimize the operations of our data team and work with the clients to optimize the processes, not within our control. Responsibilities Organize periodical performance meetings to report on progress with clients Create dashboards to monitor performance Have a finger on the pulse of performance with each client Interpret disposition data and brief analysts to optimize data selections Provide expertise on ad hoc basis to the client teams Work with the clients and partners to streamline operations Promote Strive call centre services and assist in business development Issue and analyse monthly report and summarise findings and recommendations for CEO Help identify new ideas to improve business unit performance Recommend value-added activities that will increase the business earnings Strategy planning, both individually and as a team Person Excellent stakeholder relationships Agile and Commercial mindset Demonstrated sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated and coachable High comfort level communicating on the phone Excellent oral and written communication skills Well organized and flexible with effective time-management skills Goal-oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly goals Knowledge of sales Call Centres preferred Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred Ability to be a brand ambassador for Strive: Be inspiring, ambitious and fun!
