Identify opportunities to improve cash flow efficiency and minimize financial risk. Streamline and optimize financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed to support financial audits and filings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CIMA or ACCA preferred. Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
