As a Channel Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their market reach and driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Representative to join our client's sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales within the office automation industry, with a strong focus on building and nurturing relationships with channel partners.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including dealers, distributors, and resellers.Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through channel sales initiatives.Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.Provide product training and support to channel partners to ensure effective sales and marketing efforts.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales targets, pipeline growth, and market share.Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in office automation solutions.Manage and develop existing key accounts aiming for an annual growth of 10%Develop designated territory and recruit new channel business partnerEnd user development in key vertical marketsDevelop & execute monthly and quarterly sales plansTime Management by prioritizing high-value sales activitiesCross-Selling and UpsellingAchieve and overachieve sales targetsAttending relevant training sessions and continuously developing sales skillsMarket Knowledge & Trends: must be up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).Proven track record in channel sales within the office automation industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.MatricOther qualification in salesExperienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power Point)5 + years selling experienceExcellent Track Record within the IT industryOwn reliable vehicleSales Experience of Auto ID equipment and Point of Sale solutions would be advantageous.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply: If you are passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the office automation industry, and thrive in a results-driven environment, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume.
