To Apply: Digitial Associate application form Role description Title: Digital Associate Workplace type: Hybrid (at least three days in the office per week) Description: The junior digital associate is a unique role that is responsible for ensuring that the various Social Places suites come together on time, within the brief and at a high quality. Hard-working, dynamic applicants are needed. Please note that it is not a creative role. Responsibilities: Responding to customer reviews across a range of social media platforms. Conducting meticulous audits of social media pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimisation Managing and maintaining customer listings on prominent platforms such as Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, and more Managing clients on the Social Places software. Assist with seamless onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform Addressing miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our services. Requirements: Digital marketing knowledge Excellent English skills are required Microsoft Office experience Personal skills/attributes: Attention to detail Organizational skills Communication Problem-solving Team player Time management Continuous learning Remuneration: Market-related based on skills and expertise.
